Erik Simon

Erik Simon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, career development, and community services. Currently serving as a Destination Services Consultant at IOR Global Services, Erik supports new residents in the Michiana area. As a musician with Flat Water Music since 2018, Erik performs and promotes regional music. Previously held roles include Library Assistant at St. Joe County Public Library and Education and Programming Manager, overseeing extensive outreach and educational programming. Erik’s career also includes significant experience as a Graduate Career Consultant at the University of Notre Dame and Central Michigan University and as an Elementary Teacher at Holbrook Elementary School. Erik holds a Master of Education from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University.
