Clare Reeve

Clare Reeve has a wealth of experience in Human Resources management, starting as an HR Officer at Mercury Communications and advancing to HR Manager roles at Cable & Wireless and Geest Prepared Foods. Currently, Clare serves as the Director of People & OD at IOSH, after holding a similar position at Willen Hospice for nearly two decades. Clear is known for their strong leadership skills in developing and implementing HR strategies and managing teams to support staff and volunteers. Clare obtained a degree in CIPD Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Northampton.
