Vanessa’s role focuses on enhancing the OSH profession by setting competency standards, creating career progression opportunities and providing thought leadership. She leads our Customer Service Centre and customer experience, works closely with our global volunteer network of branches and groups and oversees all membership activities, including CPD, Chartered Membership and Fellowship. She oversees IOSH’s research programme and technical content development to provide leading practical guidance and is responsible for IOSH magazine. Vanessa came to IOSH in 2017 following senior roles in education and chartered professional bodies. She holds an MBA from Loughborough University.
