Jose Miguel Cleva

Jose Miguel Cleva has a diverse range of work experience. Jose Miguel worked at Indizen Optical Technologies from 2006 until the present, starting as the VP of Technical Operations and later transitioning to the role of Research and Product Development. In their role as VP of Technical Operations, Cleva was responsible for coordinating and managing a team of 16 people in Madrid and the US, and overseeing various projects and products. As part of their Research and Product Development role, they focused on mathematical models and algorithms for ophthalmic lenses.

Before joining Indizen Optical Technologies, Cleva worked at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2003 to 2006. Jose Miguel held the positions of Assistant Professor and Predoctoral Research Fellow, teaching various computer science and programming courses while conducting research on multi-paradigm declarative languages.

Earlier in their career, Cleva served as an Associate Professor at Universidad Antonio de Nebrija from 2002 to 2003.

Jose Miguel Cleva earned a Master's degree in Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Jose Miguel attended the university from 1996 to 2001.
