Ivana Cuberovic, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of clinical research and neuroscience. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Graduate Student at Case Western Reserve University, where they co-led a clinical trial and collaborated with industry partners to develop motor control and sensory feedback prosthetics. Ivana also led submissions of IDE and IRB amendments for the use of a novel electrical stimulator.
In 2020, they joined Ripple LLC as a Clinical Research Scientist, where they led regulatory efforts and developed source documents for an electrical activation study for cancer pain mitigation. Ivana also submitted an IDE for a study on peripheral nerve stimulation for phantom limb pain. In February 2023, they were promoted to the role of Lead Clinical Research Scientist.
Currently, Ivana is working as a Lead Clinical Scientist at iota Biosciences, Inc. powered by Astellas, starting from February 2023.
Ivana Cuberovic, PhD, completed their education in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Ivana obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they attended the same institution from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at Case Western Reserve University from 2014 to 2019. Ivana'sacademic journey has focused on advancing their expertise in the field of Biomedical/Medical Engineering.
