Caitlin Kelly

Caitlin Kelly is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Assistant and People and Culture Manager at iotaMotion since August 2017, where responsibilities include managing accounts payable, grant funding, financial records, and overseeing HR functions at the Iowa City office. Prior to this role, Kelly worked at Wild Fusion as a Personal Assistant, Bartender, Server, and Hostess, managing payroll and staff attendance and training new employees. Kelly also gained valuable experience as a Resident Assistant at the University of Iowa, overseeing first-year students and fostering community engagement. Additionally, Kelly interned at Open Primaries, focusing on research related to the election process, and worked as a Swim Instructor at Charles J. Cook Pool, teaching swimming techniques to children. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa and graduated from Putnam Valley High School.
