Chelsea Sims

Chelsea Sims is a teacher librarian and instructional design strategist at Iowa City Community School District with previous experience as a speech coach at Clear Creek Amana High School. Chelsea holds a Master of Arts degree in School Librarian/School Library Media Specialist from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and English from Cornell College.
