Frederick Newell

Frederick Newell has experience in various roles such as Safety & Permanency Specialist, Community Advocate, and Executive Director. Currently working as an Inclusion & Outreach Coordinator, Frederick supports DEI implementation and provides professional development opportunities to address reducing disproportionality in academics and behavioral infractions. In their previous roles, Frederick has worked to create positive and nurturing school climates and acted as a liaison between families and community organizations. With a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Iowa, Frederick brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals and families in need.
