Heather Thompson

Heather Thompson is a seasoned Telecom Network Administrator at the Iowa Department of Transportation since August 2000, overseeing a statewide communications network utilizing large systems such as Nortel/Avaya CS1000 and Avaya Contact Center, as well as smaller systems like Nortel BCM 50 and Avaya IP Office.
