Ken Harrison

Director Of Educational Services At Iowa PBS at Iowa PBS

Ken Harrison has extensive experience in the education field. Ken started their career as a Principal at Mount Ayr CSD in 2007 and held this position until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Chariton CSD. In 2016, they joined Iowa Public Television as the Director of Educational Services and later transitioned to the same role at Iowa PBS.

Ken Harrison earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University in 1995. In 2002, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Science Teacher Education/General Science Teacher Education from Montana State University-Bozeman. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Viterbo University. In 2012, they received an ED.S degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of South Dakota.
