Anne Howsare Boyens

Anne Howsare Boyens is currently serving as the President of Iowa Valley Community College District. Prior to this role, Anne held various positions at Des Moines Area Community College, including Provost and Associate Provost, where Anne oversaw academic support services, adjunct faculty, and adult literacy programming. Anne holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University, an M.A. in School Counseling from the University of Iowa, and a B.A. in Psychology from the same university.
