Jo Hart

Jo Hart is a seasoned professional with over three decades of public sector experience, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Business Aspect since September 2016. Prior to this role, Jo held the position of General Manager, People and Communication at IP Australia, where significant contributions included leading a cultural change strategy post-Capability Review, reforming governance arrangements, and developing leadership programs. Jo's previous roles include Assistant Secretary positions at the Department of Industry and the Department of Climate Change and Energy Efficiency, where key achievements involved governance structure development and managing departmental closures. Jo holds a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Tasmania and ANU.
