Jeremy Defatta

Jeremy DeFatta is a versatile professional with extensive experience in healthcare, writing, and education. Currently serving as a Unit Clerk/Secretary at George Regional Health System since November 2014, Jeremy supports medical staff in a rural emergency room and is proficient in MediTech software. As a co-owner and co-founder of Blue Spider Books & Wax, established in October 2015, Jeremy contributes to a subscription service offering books, beverages, and scented products. A freelance editor and research assistant since May 2012, Jeremy provides editing and research services for various written works. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at Jones County Junior College and multiple positions at the University of Southern Mississippi, including Writing Center Administrative Tutor and Adjunct Composition Instructor.
