Adam C.

Adam C. has been working in the network support field since 2015. Adam began their career as a GES Engineer Junior for Verizon at OKIN BPS. In this role, Adam was responsible for creating customer design documentation, implementing changes to the network, attending technical meetings, and activating customer's networks. In 2016, they were promoted to Telecommunications Specialist Senior for Verizon, where they had deep knowledge of customer design, technologies, processes, and solutions. Adam was also responsible for solving difficult and escalated cases and teaching junior engineers. In 2019, Adam moved to TietoEVRY as a Network Specialist. In 2022, they started working at Kyndryl as a Network Support Specialist Tier 2, and then at IP Fabric as a Network Support Engineer.

Adam C. graduated from Obchodní akademie a Střední odborná škola logistická Opava, p.o. in 2014 with a degree in Information Technology. Adam also obtained the CCNA R&S certification from Cisco in May 2016, the CCNP R&S Route certification from Cisco in June 2018, and is currently pursuing the CCNP R&S Switch certification from Cisco.
