John Enock

John Enock is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical support and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at IP Integration since June 2022, John previously held roles at Cisco as a Customer Support Engineer focused on Cloud Security and returned to IP Integration as a Senior Engineer providing 3rd line IT support. With a career spanning over a decade, John has worked with various organizations including Managed Networks, RNIB, and Action for Blind People, emphasizing network infrastructure and server support. John holds a Master's degree in Advanced Networking from The Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Uyo, Nigeria.
