Francoise Floch has a diverse work experience in the procurement and supply chain field. Most recently, starting in 2021, they worked as the Procurement and Supply Chain Director at IPACKCHEM GROUP. Prior to that, Francoise spent a significant portion of their career at Unilever, starting in 1993. They held various roles, including Category Operation Procurement Manager, Packaging Procurement Manager, and Packaging Development Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing the procurement and supply chain activities for different categories within Unilever. Additionally, Francoise served as the Global Supply Chain Director for Laundry Liquids and Fabric Conditioners, where they were responsible for driving business growth and profitability through supply chain design, product innovation planning, and cost-saving initiatives. They also led the transformation of the global supply chain for fabric conditioners to introduce a new biodegradable base. Francoise has experience in project management, quality improvement, and strategic planning.
From 1989 to 1992, Francoise Floch pursued a degree in packaging at ESIEC (Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs en Emballage et Conditionnement).
