Akiljan Chirchikbaev

Akiljan Chirchikbaev is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various banking roles. Currently, Akiljan serves as the Head of Debt Securities Management at Ipak Yuli Bank, having previously held the position of Deputy Head of the Finance and Analytics Division within the Treasury Department. Prior experience includes working as a Refinancing Analyst at the Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, risk assessments, and reporting for refinancing approvals. Akiljan's background also features significant roles at KDB Bank Uzbekistan, including positions as Senior Audit Officer and Senior Officer of the Currency Control Department, where expertise in compliance, risk management, and currency operations was demonstrated. Akiljan holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Westminster International University in Tashkent.
