Michael Degloma

Michael DeGloma has over 25 years of work experience in various sales and leadership roles. Currently, they are the Vice President, North America Trading Systems and Communications at IPC Systems, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales, Trading Systems at IPC Systems, Inc. Michael also worked at Lumen Technologies as the Director of Strategic Sales, Large Enterprise, focusing on finance and insurance, healthcare, and media and entertainment. Before that, they held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales at Lumen Technologies. Michael DeGloma also has experience working at Verizon Connect as the Managing Director - North America Enterprise Sales and Director of Sales and Business Development. Michael started their career at Verizon Wireless, where they held the roles of Associate Director - Healthcare B2B Sales and National Account Sales Manager. Michael later joined Verizon Business and served as Associate Director, Sales Operations and Managing Partner/Associate Director - Global Enterprise Sales in the finance and insurance vertical. Lastly, they worked at Verizon as the General Manager - Retail Sales.

Michael DeGloma attended Centenary University from 2011 to 2014, but did not complete a degree or declare a field of study. Michael then pursued a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration and Leadership from Capella University from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, from 2023 to 2025, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Montclair State University.
