Niraj Saxena

Niraj Saxena has a comprehensive work experience spanning for over two decades. Starting in 1992 as an Officer P&A at Ramco Industries Ltd., they gradually climbed the ladder and held various roles in different companies. Moving on to XPRO INDIA LIMITED, they served as an Assistant Manager for eight years. Subsequently, they worked at Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd. as a Deputy Manager HR and Admin, and then at Videocon Industries Limited as a Sr. Manager (HR & Admin). Niraj joined KSK Energy Ventures Ltd. as an Assistant General Manager HR in 2011 and later transitioned to Videocon Telecommunications Ltd. as an Assistant General Manager HR. In 2016, they became the General Manager HR at Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited before assuming their current position as the Head of Human Resources at Ipca Laboratories Limited in 2017.

Niraj Saxena obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Personnel & Administration from the school "Master Of Personnel & Administration" from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they also pursued a Master of Personnel Administration in Personnel from DAVV during the same timeframe. It is unclear whether Niraj attended Vikram University and if they obtained any degree there.
