Shailesh Laul

Shailesh Laul is an experienced pharmaceutical industry professional currently serving as President of Manufacturing Operations at Ipca Laboratories Limited since September 2021. Prior to this, Shailesh held significant leadership positions including Senior Vice President at Strides Shasun Limited and Vice President at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. With a foundational role as a plant head at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals in Goa, Shailesh has demonstrated extensive expertise in manufacturing and operations throughout a career spanning over three decades, which began with an executive position at Burroughs Wellcome. Academic qualifications include a Master of Pharmacy and an MBA in Operations Management.
