Lukas Ewald

Lukas Ewald, FRM, is a seasoned professional in risk management with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Team Leader for Risk Management Methods & Models at IPConcept since April 2016, Lukas has been involved in the conception, implementation, and validation of risk management models and processes, particularly focusing on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), while also developing a rating and valuation model for microfinance loans. Prior roles include Assistant Manager at KPMG Luxembourg, where Lukas conducted the ECB Asset Quality Review for multiple banks, and various positions at Deloitte Luxembourg, where involvement included annual audits of banks and investment funds. Earlier experience at Postbank Deutschland included development and monitoring of internal rating models for commercial real estate. Lukas holds a Diploma in Business Mathematics from Universität Trier and has furthered education at Universidad de Sevilla.
