Ashik M.D. Jakaria

Ashik Md. Jakaria is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the housing loan sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager and In-Charge of Affordable Home Loan Credit at IPDC Finance since February 2017, Ashik conducts in-depth research and appraisal activities for loan applicants, collaborating closely with management for investment decisions. Previously, Ashik held the position of Senior Executive at Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd., focusing on home loan analysis and guidance for the retail team. Ashik began the career as an Executive Officer in the Operations Department at National Housing Finance and Investments Limited, where responsibilities included loan sanctioning and proposal preparation for board review. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Economics and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Dhaka, alongside a Higher School Certificate in Business Studies from Notre Dame College, Dhaka.
