Chandran Fernando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate and development industry, serving as the Managing Partner at Matrix360 since June 2000. Fernando has actively contributed to various organizations, including the Forbes Human Resources Council, where insights on diversity, equity, and accessibility are shared globally. As a Judge for the IPE Real Assets awards, Fernando recognizes excellence in Europe's pensions industry. Additionally, Fernando co-founded the CREED Council, aimed at promoting diversity in real estate, and serves on multiple advisory councils for organizations such as the Canadian Association of Urban Financial Professionals and hEr VOLUTION, which supports young women in STEM. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Social Work from the University of Windsor and a diploma in Community Services from George Brown College.
