Nicola Keane

Nicola Keane is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People Partnering and Experience at Our Future Health UK since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicola held various positions including Senior People Business Partner and People Partner. Nicola also provides voluntary HR consultancy services for the CEO of the IPFA, assisting with policy and contract updates, redundancy support, and performance management. Previous experience includes roles at Genomics England, VICE Media, Double Negative, Zone, BBH London, Wavemaker UK, and Geometry Global London. Nicola holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Westminster.
