Denise Henegain

Denise Henegain, CCP, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in compensation and human resources. Denise is currently serving as the SVP Director of Compensation at IPG Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at FCB Health from September 2021 to January 2022. From October 2019 to September 2021, Denise worked as the Director of Compensation at Major League Baseball. Previous positions include being a Principal Consultant at R. Raymond and Associates from 2016 to 2019, as well as Vice President of Rewards at Dentsu Aegis Network in 2016. Denise also served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Operations at Novitex Enterprise Solutions from 2014 to 2015. Denise had a long tenure at GE Capital from 2004 to 2014, where they held the position of Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Benefits. Denise began their career at HBO in 2000, working as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits.

Denise Henegain, CCP, SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Sacred Heart University. Denise also has a Master's of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the same institution. Additionally, Denise has obtained certifications including the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, and completion of the People Analytics program from The Wharton School. Denise has also completed a course on Initiating and Planning Projects from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education.
