Linda Boyce, PHR, is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at IPG Health since September 2021. With a career spanning over two decades, Linda has held significant roles including Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at TSP, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at EVERSANA, and Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist at Precision Oncology. Linda's expertise encompasses full cycle recruiting across various sectors, particularly in life sciences and clinical research. Prior to these roles, Linda transitioned from HR Manager to Sr Recruiter at United BioSource Corporation, where strategic recruitment initiatives were developed for a large workforce. Linda began the HR journey as the sole HR Leader for a boutique clinical research organization, successfully scaling the staff from 25 to over 100. Education was pursued at Massachusetts Bay Community College.
