Melissa Jones

Melissa Jones is an experienced executive in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Executive Vice President, Talent at IPG Mediabrands Canada since April 2022. In this role, Melissa leads a team dedicated to supporting and empowering over 900 professionals in the media industry, fostering a culture of collaboration within award-winning agencies. Prior to this, Melissa held the position of Vice President, People Strategies at Career Compass Canada, focusing on executive leadership development and HR solutions during mergers and acquisitions. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Symbility Solutions, where Melissa significantly expanded the employee base and oversaw comprehensive HR services. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Western University and a Master's degree from the University of Toronto.
