Tee Tan

Tee has been IPH’s Chief Information Officer since 2018.

As Group CIO, Tee is responsible for ensuring that information technology investments and operations in all IPH Group companies are aligned with the Group’s strategic business objectives. His role includes overseeing IT & digital strategy, executive leadership and team development, technology roadmap, IT operations, project delivery, and information security. As part of the IPH Executive Leadership team, he drives organizational growth, profitability, and operational excellence by leveraging technology.

Tee previously worked in various senior IT roles, mainly in the financial services industry, for more than 20 years. Tee graduated as a Computer Engineer and completed his MBA degree. Throughout his career, he has been focused on achieving sustainable reductions in operating costs while delivering major strategic projects which contributed to significant business growth. Tee also has an extensive IT background, specializing in systems architecture with a proven track record in championing flexible and scalable solutions and solving complex organizational problems.
