Carissa Osgood

Carissa Osgood has extensive experience in business analysis and management roles. Carissa started their career at Software Design Concepts as a Consultant from 1994 to 1996. Carissa then worked as a Robotics Engineer at Smith Kline Clinical Laboratories in 1996-1997. Osgood joined AIG in 1997, where they held various positions including Senior Programmer Analyst and Project Leader until 2005. Carissa later returned to AIG as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2012.

In 2013, Osgood joined iPipeline as a Lead Business Analyst, where they acted as a liaison between customers and the development team, performed business consulting, requirements facilitation, and system design input. Carissa also worked internally in an Agile environment and managed multiple insurance carriers and products. Osgood progressed through various roles at iPipeline, including Principal Business System Analyst, Business Analyst Manager, and Senior Business Manager.

Currently, Osgood is the Director of Business Analysis at iPipeline. In this role, they lead a team of managers and analysts across three lines of business, providing support to external customers. Carissa is responsible for creating and maintaining best practices, processes, and Agile methodology within the organization. Osgood also supports the professional growth and development of business analysts through mentoring programs and career guidance.
