Shubham Tandon has extensive experience in the field of recruitment, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Shubham started their career as a Recruitment Executive at GrXtreme Technologies Private Limited in 2014, where they were responsible for the entire recruitment cycle. Shubham then moved on to work as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Artech Information Systems, where they managed a team and handled requirements for Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies.

After that, Shubham worked as a Sr. IT Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc., where they gained experience in contractual and full-time recruiting, rate negotiation, and vendor management. Shubham then joined Insigma Inc as a Team Lead, where they managed a team of five recruiters and handled recruitment coordination with clients.

Shubham then worked as a Sr. Executive at The Judge Group, before joining iPlace as a Principal Recruiter. Currently, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Seneca Resources. Throughout their career, Shubham has demonstrated skills in handling recruitment teams, coordinating with clients, utilizing ATS and job boards, and prioritizing and allocating requirements.
