Mhrm Shawnika L. Tell

Shawnika L. Tell, MHRM, serves as the Director of Human Resources at NaturPak since August 2018, overseeing benefits, compensation, performance management, and the recruitment process while ensuring legal compliance. With extensive experience in human resources management across various companies, including IPM Foods, Genus IntelliGen Technologies, Magna International, and Grupo Antolin, Shawnika has developed a strong skill set in contract negotiations, employee relations, and strategic planning. Shawnika holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from Northern Illinois University.
