Pavel Blokhin began their education in 2003 at Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin. Pavel completed their studies in 2008, earning a degree in Thermal Power Plants. Subsequently, in 2007, they enrolled in Ural State Law Academy and pursued a degree in Law, which they successfully completed in 2010. After a short break from formal education, Pavel returned to Ural Federal University Business School in 2014 and completed a program in Strategic Management in 2015.
