Sarah Mercer

Sarah Mercer currently serves as the Business Programme Director at IPP Pooling since September 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah was the Continuous Improvement Lead at FedEx from July 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities included developing the FedEx change agent community through training, coaching, and process improvement initiatives. Sarah also held the position of Site CI Manager at RS Components from December 2007 to July 2016, focusing on embedding continuous improvement practices, delivering training programs, and leading multiple projects. Earlier in Sarah's career, as a Team Manager at RS Components, management of a team to meet service levels and productivity targets was a key responsibility. Educationally, Sarah holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a Business Management and Leadership Diploma from North Warwickshire & Hinckley College.
