Lina Auksorienė

Lina Auksorienė has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on management, recruitment, and developing HR policies and strategies. Lina has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Lina currently serves as the Head of HR at IPRoyal, a global proxy provider. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Pawns.app, a platform dedicated to providing earning opportunities worldwide. Lina also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ERA Capital, where they provided management consulting, ensured labor law compliance, and led recruitment efforts. Lina has also held HR positions at Skycop.com, PwC, BAIP, Acena UAB, and Vilniaus geležinkelių transporto ir verslo paslaugų mokykla. Lina started their career as an intern at UAB "Boslita" ir Ko. Lina Auksorienė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Mykolas Romeris University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Afterward, they pursued a Master's degree in Leadership and Change Management, specializing in HR management, at the same university. Lina completed their Master's degree program at Mykolas Romeris University from 2013 to 2015.
