Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Manufacturing at Intuitive, where they were responsible for ensuring safety, quality, service, and productivity at a greenfield site. Bruce also held multiple roles at Schneider Electric, including Director of Core Technologies, Operations Quality Manager, and Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In these positions, they provided leadership, developed manufacturing strategies, and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Bruce started their career at Ford Motor Company as a Division Engineer in the Body & Assembly Division. Overall, Bruce Molinar has demonstrated expertise in manufacturing operations, quality management, and strategic leadership throughout their career.
Bruce Molinar obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) with a focus on Automotive Vehicle Dynamics from Lawrence Technological University, where they studied from 1980 to 1985. Prior to that, they attended Berkley High School from 1976 to 1980, where they gained knowledge in Mechanical Drafting and Mechanical Drafting CAD/CADD. In addition, Bruce Molinar has obtained various certifications in areas such as diversity and inclusion training, leadership coaching, green belt certification, visual factory management, lean manufacturing, and plant management.
