Pablo Neila

Pablo Neila is an experienced project manager and architect with a robust background in architecture, urban planning, and real estate management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Group-IPS since July 2022, Pablo leads projects from inception to completion, focusing on planning, cost control, and quality standards.
