Patricia Rebollo Beitia started their work experience in 2007 as an HR technician trainee at EULEN. Patricia then moved on to Futurestep as a Researcher - Recruiter, specializing in recruitment projects for various practices. In 2010, they joined Leaders Trust - AltoPartners as a Consultant in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and HR Development. Patricia provided strategic advice on talent issues to senior management. In 2017, Patricia became a Team Lead - Senior Recruiter at INECO, a global leader in infrastructure engineering. Patricia'srole involved leading the recruitment team for the Civil Engineering Hub. Currently, they are working as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Group-IPS, responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition across 25 locations worldwide.

Patricia Rebollo Beitia earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid between 2002 and 2007. Patricia then pursued a Citius-Postgraduate Course in Business at the same university from 2007 to 2008. Patricia furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree (Executive) in DRHO (HR Management) from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2010-2011.

In addition to their formal education, Patricia Rebollo Beitia obtained a certification in Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International in September 2011.
