Bill O'Brien

Bill has over 15 years of construction experience with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He is well-versed in all facets of the construction phase, including design, pre-construction, procurement, construction, and commissioning and qualification for both small and large capital projects ranging from $120MM.

At IPS, Bill is responsible for the management and coordination of capital projects, acts as a liaison, and communicates with the client team, overseeing field construction, implementing safety programs, performing project cost analyses and change control, and assuring code compliance.
