Matthew Shippey

Matthew Shippey is an experienced executive in project management and delivery within the technology and energy sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for APAC at IPS-Integrated Project Services since June 2023. Prior to this, Matthew held various significant roles at Microsoft, including Senior Director of Datacenter Delivery, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in operational capacity across 16 metros in 11 countries within APAC. Matthew's expertise extends to previous positions at Sarawak Energy, REC ASA, Amgen Inc, Schering-Plough, and GlaxoSmithKline, where achievements included leading major capital projects, improving project execution strategies, and achieving substantial cost savings. Matthew earned a degree from the University of Leeds between 1979 and 1982.
