Melanie Barlow

Melanie Barlow is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of HR ANZ at Ipsen since February 2022, Barlow previously held key positions, including Head of HR at Life-Space Group and Mattel Australia & New Zealand. Barlow's career in human resources began in the early 1990s, including significant roles such as Head of People and Culture at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia and HR Manager for Asia Pacific at THQ.
