Rick Hollis

Rick Hollis currently serves as the Customer and Business Excellence Director at Ipsen since January 2023, following a tenure at Novartis Oncology where Rick held the position of Business Excellence Lead from January 2021 to January 2023. Rick's extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry includes roles such as Haematology Business Director and Business Leader in Neuroscience at Novartis, where Rick focused on cross-functional team leadership and business planning. Previous positions at Roche and Wyeth involved regional management, launch strategies, and team development across various therapeutic areas, including oncology and biotechnology.
