Scott Stepien

Scott Stepien has extensive experience in strategic account management within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Strategic Account Director at Ipsen since July 2017, where responsibilities include managing relationships with major accounts such as CVS/Aetna and Medicaid customers in the Southwest United States. Prior to Ipsen, Scott held various managerial positions, including Regional Account Manager at BTG plc and National Account Manager roles at VIVUS, Inc. and Novo Nordisk A/S. Scott achieved significant recognition as a Top National Account Manager at Bausch + Lomb Pharmaceuticals, receiving the Platinum Award in 2007, and has a history of awards for outstanding sales performance at Chiron Corporation and Johnson & Johnson. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from San Diego State University.
