Elena Prushkovskaya

Elena Prushkovskaya currently serves as a psychosocial counselor at Ipso - International Psychosocial Organisation since June 2022, while also holding the position of HR Director at East West Biopharma since October 2019. Previously, Elena worked as HR Director at Nobel İlaç from October 2010 to September 2019, and as a partner at Аккорд консалтинг from March 2009 to December 2010. Additionally, Elena was the Head of the Personnel Department at АБ «Диамантбанк» from November 2006 to November 2008. Elena holds a Candidate of Sciences degree from Институт психологии АПН Украины (2000-2004) and has pursued further education at Университет экономики и права «Крок» (2008-2009) and Винницкий государственный педагогический университет им. М.Коцюбинского (1988-1993), where Elena earned a specialist degree in pedagogy and psychology.
