Jessica Arnold

Jessica Arnold, MA, is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in social and behavioral research, particularly in healthcare services. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at Ipsos since June 2022, Jessica previously held the position of Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research from May 2018 to June 2022, focusing on patient-centered outcome measures and substance abuse disorders, among other topics. Prior experience includes managing the Southeast Ohio FOODLINK project as a Community Engagement Manager at Community Food Initiatives and conducting research on women's economic and health disparities in Loja, Ecuador, as a Graduate Assistant at Ohio University. Jessica began their career at ScribeAmerica as an Emergency Department Medical Transcriptionist and Quality Assurance Manager. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Biological Sciences and a Master's Degree in International Development, both from Ohio University.
