Lee Wei Ling

Lee Wei Ling is a seasoned professional in business intelligence and analytics with extensive experience in leading teams and managing global initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Ipsos since April 2022, Lee Wei Ling leads a team of nine Offshore Researchers. Previously, at Manulife Malaysia, Lee Wei Ling held the position of Manager in Reporting & Business Analytics. As a Manager at NielsenIQ and Nielsen, Lee Wei Ling focused on service model transformation and global client delivery, acting as Product Owner for global tools utilized by thousands of associates and establishing key performance indicators and dashboards using Power BI and Google Data Studio. Lee Wei Ling's career also includes participation in the Global Accelerated Development Program at Nielsen and early experience at PETRONAS. Lee Wei Ling holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics and Economics from Universiti Malaysia Sabah.
