Sanket Thakur

Sanket Thakur is an experienced professional in the hospitality and culinary sectors, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Project Delivery at Big Village since October 2021, following the company's rebranding from Engine in June 2022. Prior to this role, Sanket held various positions including Manager at Contemporary Catering, Segment Executive Chef at Sodexo, where responsibilities included overseeing the school and universities segment in West India, Chef-Proprietor at Spice Kitchen - the takeaway express, and several culinary roles at notable establishments such as Beach Blanket Babylon and Out of the Blue Bar and Kitchen. Sanket's culinary journey began with a trainee position at The Oberoi Group. In terms of education, Sanket holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics from Deakin University, an MA in Hospitality, and a PG in Hospitality Management from the University of West London, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and IHM Hyderabad.
