Yana Beranek

Yana Beranek is an experienced professional in User Experience (UX) leadership, currently serving as Global Head of UX at Ipsos since October 2018. Responsibilities include expanding Ipsos UX into new markets, innovating research and design offerings, and developing global thought leadership. Prior roles at Ipsos encompassed Senior Vice President and VP Consulting, where Yana led teams to execute research initiatives, fostered strategic growth, and identified opportunities in emerging technologies. Previous experience includes leading UX research teams at GfK, managing operations at Useagility, and co-founding Pointworks Academy to address UX skills gaps. Yana’s career began at H&R Block, where leadership roles included improving client experiences and managing franchise integrations. Yana holds a BA in Geology from Middlebury College.
