Currently serving as the Finance and Procurement Manager at Ipswich Borough Council, Jon has utilized extensive financial expertise to enhance fiscal operations. Prior to this role, Jon held the position of Accountant at Gt Yarmouth Borough Council from 1979 to 1987, where foundational skills in accounting were developed.
