Jennifer Goldfarb is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the beauty and finance industries. As a co-founder and current Chairwoman of IPSY since February 2012, Jennifer has played a pivotal role in transforming the beauty landscape through community-driven initiatives. Jennifer also serves on the board of 1-800 CONTACTS while previously holding key strategic positions at Bare Escentuals, where responsibilities included corporate strategy and direct marketing. Jennifer's career includes roles at Goldman Sachs in investment banking and direct marketing, and an early career as an analyst at Lehman Brothers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
