Juan Tenaillon

Juan Tenaillon has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Juan is currently employed at IPSY as the Senior Director of Product Management, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to IPSY, they worked as the Director of Product Management at IPSY from January 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining IPSY, Juan served as a Teaching Assistant at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management starting in June 2019. Juan then transitioned to Care.com, where they held the positions of Senior Product Manager from January 2019 to July 2020 and Director of Product Management from July 2020 to January 2021.

Earlier in their career, Juan worked at OLX Group as the Head of New Business Development from January 2018 to September 2018 and as the Head of Product Strategy from August 2016 to December 2017. Juan also gained experience at Dell as a Senior Product Manager from July 2015 to July 2016 and as a Product Manager from June 2014 to August 2014.

Juan's work experience includes a role as a Product Manager at Open English from March 2012 to June 2013, where they led cross-functional teams, defined product roadmaps, and coordinated projects across multiple locations. Juan also worked as a Project Manager and Project Support at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. from August 2010 to March 2012.

Additionally, Juan has experience as a Consultant at Ernst & Young from October 2008 to July 2010 and as a Freelance Java Developer at Perfit Email Marketing from July 2009 to September 2009, where they designed and developed an auctions website using Spring MVC and JSP.

Juan Tenaillon obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires between 2004 and 2010. Juan then pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015.
